  I am hoping to better my conversation skills because it's my weakest area in Japanese. I've taken Japanese for a few years and studied abroad in Japan but struggle with conversation and casual speech. I also hope to learn more kanji and vocabulary.

  I'm 24 years old, and I'm currently a student finishing my university degree online.I'm a quiet but kind person. I like a lot of things, but especially singing, writing, reading, listening to music, and drawing. I like a lot of creative activities. I also enjoy going to concerts and traveling when I can. I like to play casual video games and I also enjoy anime and manga.I really enjoy learning about new languages and cultures and sharing this with other people so I'm looking forward to this experience.
  I am interested in talking about popular culture like books, musicians, video games, and shows. I like a lot of manga and anime, but my favorites are Haikyuu, Blue Period, Witch Hat Atelier, Skip to Loafer, and Mob Psycho 100. My favorite video game is the Sims. I like a lot of books and am always looking to learn about more. I like a lot of different music genres, but one of my all time favorite musicians is a K-pop group called SHINee.
  Besides popular culture, I like to talk about pets, travel, concerts, daily life, and any personal beliefs and goals. I also like to engage in conversations about current events, politics, and culture.
  it would be nice if a language partner has at least some similar interests in topics if possible! I also like people who are more talkative because I am a bit shy.
